Hi. I am a non-US trained physical therapist. I currently do not have a license, but I am planning to take the NPTE exam; however, there are some things that confuses me and need answers. Maybe, you guys can help. My number 1 question is, what are the documents needed for the FCCPT. 2nd, Does FCCPT and FSBPT asks for a license from the country of education? 3rd, What are the initial steps to take to process my application in taking the NPTE? Thank you very much and hope that you guys will be able to help me.

Direct your questions to FCCPT and PT board.

Surf the web. It has all information you need.

Hi Vinnie, the documents needed for the FCCPT are the ones you already have in your country with the swear translation , like your historical (proving that you took a 4 year course), and your personnal documents.
You must be ok with the license from your country, they will ask for it.
You first need to choose a state to apply for your license, because when you take the test they will send the results to them. Then, there will be a fee to pay to take the exam and you'll need to choose when and where to take it. They have it all over the year, in different states and with a diversity of dates.
Good luck!
