I have been a therapist for a long time doing home health and routine outpatient physical therapy. I need to challenge my clinical skills especially manual therapy. Where should I work?
I worked before with PT teams that did not add to my clinical level.

You need a continuing ed course. Check out IPA, Institute of Physical Arts. Or find a FAAOMPT working nearby and try to get part time work where he/she works, corresponding to his/ her work schedule. Make friends and express your interests and you will learn a WEALTH of information if they open up to you.
