Hi there,
i have one patient of age 45 he had stoke in 1998.It was found that there was damage in Pons area. for these Ct scan was done and it was found that there was damage in Pontocerebellar tract.
So i was to know what Physiotherapy care can be given to him .He has lose of balance. He can sit but while walking he fix his gaze at one particular point and walk with walker.
so please suggest me for Physiotherapy exercise.
