I am 19 year old male. I am 5'3 and weight 100LBS. If I lift weight, does that mean I will grow taller? Please help.

First of all...suckylife, I am a little concerned by the name you chose for yourself...hopefully you are addressing your attitudes about life...
Secondly, at the age of 19 your growth is most likely completed, which means you will not get taller. The good news is, by lifting weights safely and appropriately, you can sculpt your body into a lean, muscular machine!
Celebrate your stature! It seems that you are looking at it as a very negative thing...it is something beyond your control, and hopefully you can find a way to accept it and like who you are!
