Folks I have requested to HPSO to provide a quote for Malpractice/ Professional Liability Insurance and they are taking 7 days to provide a quote. ? Reason I called up HPSO is that they are endorsed by APTA.
Are there any other companies that provide malpractice insurance?

You can get a quote from HPSO's website instantly. Thats what I did.

Yes, they do give an instant quote if you provide some info. Example: $157 for a full time PT in Indiana who graduated more than 12 months ago.
