Hello,
A colleague has a small (3'5) patient that came to the gym the other day. She had mat activities at home but can't really use any equipment machines in the gym. She would like to know if there are books out there with a lot of illustrative exercises for kids to do. What she has looked at so far, Campbell and Tecklin focus more on infants. Has weak strength in both extremities. Had corrective spine surgery for scoliosis and continues to have them. Not allowed any axial loading of the spine or any jumping or bouncing activities. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated ASAP. Thanks in advance.
