Effects of Two 4-Week Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Programs on Muscle Endurance, Flexibility, and Functional Performance in Women With Chronic Low Back Pain Nick Kofotolis, Eleftherios Kellis. Physical Therapy. Washington: Jul 2006. Vol. 86, Iss. 7; pg. 1001, 12 pgs This article is very interesting! I actually studied this in class and presented the information. Hope this helps!

I highly recommend, the clinical guidelines that was in the April 2008 JOSPT. called: "Heel Pain-Plantar Fascitis: Clinical Practice Guidelines Linked to the International Classification of Function, Disability, and Health from the Orthopaedic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association." This guideline is filled with levels of evidence based in articles that were reviewed and described in this evidence-based practice guideline. It prrovides recommendations based on those reviewed. This is the first in a series of guidelines to be published by the JOSPT. Later ones will include neck pain: cervicalgia, cervical sprains and strains, and radiculopathy, hip mobility impairments: coxarthrosis, adhesive capsulitis, rotator cuff syndrome, shoulder ligament sprain, achilles tendonitis, ankle ligament sprain. Each will be considered for review and revised if new evidence becomes available. I found it very informative. Definitely worth checking out.
