The Fitness Edge & Fitness Edge Performance specializes in designing professional, customized fitness programs for individuals, small groups and athletic teams. With many trainers possessing backgrounds in athletic training and physical therapy, their expertise is in developing safe effective exercise programs for those looking to lose weight, gain muscle/strength, prevent injuries, transition back to activity or sports after rehabilitation, or enhance athletic performance. Currently, they provide strength and conditioning services for The Columbus Crew Major League Soccer Team. They also have a registered dietitian on staff to provide nutritional counseling and diet planning. In addition to on site training, the Fitness Edge offers online training, educational lectures and seminars, fitness info products, and in home training services. Their clientele is diverse and ranges from young pre-adolescents to senior citizens.

We think you will find Brian and Brian a great resource in high-level or recreational sports rehabilitation, post-rehabilitation programs, and performance enhancement. Ask questions, discuss cases, or comment on ideas you've had!
