How do we get started to provide therapy in SNF settings? I've seen small companies do this but I don't have any idea on how to start it. They say it's per minute billing. Anybody who has some good pointers on how to do this?

If memory serves me correctly, you cannot bill directly to medicare for these services. You must contract with the SNF and they do the billing. I think Medicare is getting very particular and scrutinizing services provided by contract services. Good luck.
