Does anybody know the background to this? I know they re-appropriated the funds for 2006. What does it mean to PT programs if it were not passed, say in 2007. Does it mean that a student enrolled in a PT program now or in the future wouldn't get their financial aid? Just curious. I ask b/c I just read it in the new PT magazine and my jaw dropped.
