Did you ask your physical therapist to go through these with you? It would be unwise and unsafe to 'go through' your exercises via internet. Sorry for the venting, but I don't understand why people do not value what we provide and think a piece of paper can substitute for graduate school training, board exams, and countless hours of CME.

A Lot of the X-Band stuff, band from thighs to shoulders, and core board rotations sounds like the work of Alex McKechnie - a Physiotherapist from Vancover BC. He is also the Physical Therapist/Athletic Performance Coordinator for the LA Lakers. He is suppose to be the world leader in Sports Hernia rehabilitation and injury prevention. Not that, that info helps you all that much. So your best bet is to talk to a therapist/athletic trainer familiar with his techniques. Let me know if I can be of help in any way. PAT
