Are there any companies out there who will set up the medicare # and other docs so I could start a private practice? It may sound crazy but I heard that there are consulting firms who can do this for a fee. Hope you can email me at ronald456@yahoo.com
Thanks!

cowboybuboy, I am sure there are. Keep in mind that you will fall under the medicare cap for Part B billing.

I saw that in-home rehab will set you up so you can start your home care practice for 5k. However, I think they will be charging some monthly fees. I wonder if somebody could do that for me without charging any monthly fees? Just one-time fee is enough, I guess. Anyone here who knows a good consulting company with good knowledge in home care?
Thanks!

cowboy, you can do it all yourself. I don't know of any consulting company - I know there are consulting companies out there, but it isn't that difficult to do. If you want to do it yourself, I can tell you what forms you want to fill out.
