I've received an assignment from my tutor. The question is asking for benefits of exercise as preventative and maintenance therapy and I am supposed to refer to studies where exercises was advocated for prevention of cancer, coronary artery diseases etc. Any ideas where will I be able to find useful articles?? I've tried searching for articles on the web but was unsuccessful. Please help. Thank you.
