Status: offline 		Does anyone have any treatment suggestions for a 3 year old child with spastic quadriparesis who has a really strong extensor thrust? Part of the time it is behavior, but it is also elicited with voluntary movement of her UE's. I havn't found any tricks or treatments that have really helped diminish this response and it is really limiting our progress. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Status: offline 		work in flexion with child facing you always. try not to stimulate the dorsal aspect of the neck, trunk etc.
