I just passed the New York PTA Exam after months and months of studying. I am a Canadian Citizen. I received couple of job offers from PT companies unfortunately I couldnt get a working permit in the U.S. there is no working permits for foreign trained and Licensed PTA's like me

I spoke with some lmmigration Lawyers, to no avail, H2B Visa for temporary workers, seasonal. nope.... EB3 (employment based) for skilled professional. yeah maybe wait for 6-8 months to get a Labor certification clearnace plus 3-4 years of wating for your Green card.If you could marry an American Citizen ( onle lawyer advised me) lol!!!!then you be able to work in the U.S. I wonder if somebody here is a foreign trained PTA or who know around how to get a working permit...Thanks a lot!
