Status: offline 		These two terms are frequently heard in General Hospitals Ortho Department. Are there any books dealt with these terms in detail as to how to rate disability ( like 60% or 30% 0r 80% disability)and how to grade disability and what are the grades of disability? Kindly help in getting these terms explained in detail.

Status: offline 		The AMA puts out a book "Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment", I believe the 4th edition is the one that must be used.
