Status: offline 		Any one use computer documentation in a hospital setting that is commercially available.  I Googled for programs and got ones mostly designed for out-patient...plus, there were seemingly dozens to choose form.  I'd like to narrow the list by getting reccommendations here.  Thanks.

Status: offline 		I am aware of two programs - Quadramed and Siemens. Neither of these are built for therapy but can be adapted. There is quite a bit of work to make them adapt to therapy documentation.
