Hi there..I'm a PT from the Philippines taking up post-graduate studies on community health.Just want to know more about community-based rehabilitation.Anyone there?

Great topic,
The current expert in the subject is Angela Rosenberg, DrPH, PT (formerly Angela Easley). She's in Africa for a few fun-filled weeks, and then I've got to grab her attention for a few days to finish up our article . . .
At any rate, try giving her a call at University of North Carolina's Center for Development and Learning. The number is (919) 966-5171. If she can't help directly, I'm sure that one of her LEND program fellows at the UAP can.
