I am working with a child who was exposed to cocaine in utero and is currently 8 months old. She pulls to standing and cruises independently, but has increased gastroc tone and is on her toes in standing. She has tremors in her arms when she's crying or reaching. Will these go away? Is there anything I can do as a PT to decrease or eliminate the tremors? Thank you!
