Is it okay to advertise in the State of Illinois for a cash based practice? I'm getting some referrals from other patients and they're willing to pay cash for a PT visit. So, if this is the case, is it okay to advertise online or in newspapers regarding a PT cash based practice?

of course...you just need to be careful about not accepting a hybrid. That is, you cannot accept their insurance and some cash. But cash only is very legit and legal and a great way to go if people are willing to pay for it. You'd be surprised how much people will pay if you get them better.
