I would like to invite everyone who is interested in understanding pain better to check out this series of webinars scheduled to begin in November.

The series is co-hosted by CPA and by its recently added Pain Science Division. It is open to anyone interested from any PT or other persuasion from anywhere in the world (I already checked, but will be in English only), can handle any number of people at one time (I already checked), and is non-profit, proceeds after costs going to the co-host organizations, not to any individuals. The cost includes access for a week to each presentation, and a live, interactive, question/answer teleconference discussion, once all three presentations are completed. The three presenters are executive members of the PSD, and experienced presenters on their respective topics. All the information on how to register for this unique, learn-at-your-own pace series is included in the link.

Not a topic that inspires many to invest either money or time....yet oddly enough it is THE thing we are all trying to treat!

Excellent initiative!

This is the first "webinar" series in CPA's history, very exciting for everyone involved. Virtual Symposium on Pain

We are all involved in dealing with pain, whether we treat patients who have it or have family members with it or have it ourselves. This series is open to anyone interested in learning more about pain science - primarily it is directed toward working PTs, but everyone from any walk of life is cordially invited. The Pain Science division looks forward to seeing broad worldwide participation in this event - there is no upper limit to registration, so please feel free to pass this invitation to your colleagues and friends.
