That is a tough one. Check with your local PT association or do a google search. Perhaps you can email the APTA and see if there is anything similiar in your country. Good luck!

My best guess is to find the universities that have PT programs in your country. Find those and you can find faculty members who can help you to find what you are looking for.

Leandro,
I suggest you log into the mackenzie institute, they have facilities in many countries around the world.
It may not be manual therapy, but mckenzie has received quite a few positive reviews from studies.
