I was wondering if anyone has treated a pediatric patient with abdominal migraines. If so, are there any techniques that are contraindicated? Are there any techniques that could help? Where could I find this information?

I've never heard of abdominal migranes. Let me do some digging and see what I can come up with.

"My 9 year old daughter has suffered from abdomonial migranes for several years. She has been hospitalised on a number of occasions. they say nothing can be done and she will grow out of it in her early teens - but may go on the develop migrane headaches. I can not link it to any food or behaviour. it can occur any time and may last for 30 mins to 3 days.

I really don't have any suggestions, at least none based in research. Using a clinical approach without merit, I might try using some infant massage techniqes (I love you stoke, sun and moon, in particular).
