I was wondering if anyone has any experience or opinion on ART therapy. I've heard a lot of positive feedback from the people that have gone to ART practitioners, and I'm interested in knowing more about these techniques. This is the website: http://www.activerelease.com/
Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!
Jonathan

Hi Jonathan, do a search for it on the forum here, there are a few threads that I think might answer your questions. J

Hey Jason...I tried that, and about a million hits came up, none of which actually having anything to do with ART! :(
I searched through most of them, but couldn't find anything...do you recall any of the titles, or at least which sub-forum that they might have been under?
Thanks!

I have found the search feature on this forum to be generally useless. Thread which I can remember titles to can't be found, etc.

I have taken the course, it is a tool to use....not a mircle cure, like the company promotes it to be. It is expensive it is of my understanding soon one will have to pay a francise fee to be an "ART Provider".
