Status: offline 		Anyone have info on ACN (merger between United Health and PacifiCare)? I thought I read something awhile back about UH requiring a 5 page report or something like that upon eval and the reimbursement was drastically cut. Just trying to decide if it is worth it to get credentialed.

Any input is welcomed and appreciated.
