i realize that while three 12hr shifts are standard for RNs, RTs, PAs, and many others in the hospital setting, most patients are not going to want to do therapy at 7am (or 7pm for that matter), and thus PT is a more "normal" job in terms of work hours.. but i'm wondering if any of you have encountered, or know of, any hospitals that do offer this as an option? or does this not exist? thanks

I work in a hospital and there are not three 12 hr shifts for PTs. We do weekends as well but not in shifts.

I have not heard of this. we are having enough difficulty convincing management to let us do 4-10's.
