I took it in 2006. There isn't an official study guide as far as I know unless they've added one recently. I took an independent study course from the APTA called Current Concepts in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. It seemed to help along with reviewing my anatomy, biomechanics, and orthopedic textbooks. I honestly think the preparation really was my favorite part of the exam. I learned a ton. Good luck.

I appreciate the advice and the link to previous discussions for the OCS. I have read that Orthopedic Review for Physical Therapists is a good book to help prepare for the exam. Any thoughts on this text or any other tips?
