hi, i have a home care patient, spina bifida status post multiple foot surgeries. He has +3 muscle strength below his knees but his feet muscles are 1-2/5. I am having problems with him exercising by himself, he only exercises when I am there. im from the philippines and i certainly would like to adapt the rule that if the patient will not cooperate, treatment will not be given. that rule doesnt work here. thank you very much
